I have to admit that the Biggest Loser is one of my biggest guilty pleasures. I could do without alot of the sob stories that fills up much of the show, and the challenges can be kinda lame. But everybody loves a good underdog.
Normally I am glued to the TV during the finale episode, but Rachel's reveal left me cringing. I was expecting Rachel to come out sporting a tip-top athletic body, not the frail girl that came out.
Obviously, this is a game show with a big prize at stake. But did Rachel go too far?
